Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking an AP Specialist for a position in Dearborn, MI! This position is paying $20-22/hour and begins right away.
Duties:
- Responsible for the data entry of vendor invoices and purchase orders
- Verify the accuracy of invoices and confirm correct general ledger account codes are applied
- Review vendor statements to ensure all invoices are being processed on a timely basis.
- Obtain proper approval on invoices
- Respond to external vendors and internal managers regarding invoices payment status
- Participate in necessary month-end close processes
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail with consistently high level of processing accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills and work ethic
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Experience with SAP Business One ERP System, a plus
- College degree preferred.
- Accounting and accounts payable experience a plus.
