Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking an Accounting Clerk for a position in Sterling Heights, MI! This position is paying $20/hour and begins right away.
Duties:
• Verifies the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
• Updates and maintains accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, and accounts payable). Enters data into computer system using defined computer programs (SAP).
• Compiles data and prepares a variety of reports.
• Reconciles records with internal company employees or external vendors or customers.
• Recommends actions to resolve discrepancies.
• Investigates questionable data.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s Degree preferred)
- Prior experience in QAD
- Strong customer service skills
