Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a position in Pontiac, MI! This is a great opportunity to work with a nonprofit focused on aiding those experience poverty on the local level. This position pays $17 per hour.
Duties:
- Compile and sort documents (invoices, checks, etc.)
- Code invoices, vouchers, expense reports, check requests, etc. and enter into system
- Handle vendor communication
- Prepare checks and EFT reports for printing and processes
- Process 1099s and mail W-9s
Requirements:
- Knowledge of fundamental Accounts Payable concepts
- Skills in operating standard accounting software
- Experience operation 10 key calculator and scanner
- High School Diploma and at least 3 years accounting experience
