Duties:
- Act as service request point of contact
- Create and maintain service requests and identify support trends
- Provide responsive support for critical events (security breaches, infections, etc.)
- Coordinate with impacted users and status of incident progress
- Investigate, troubleshoot, document and resolve hardware and software issues
- Assist with mobile phone inquiries
- Document procedures and processes for internal use
- Be available to assist outside of standard business hours
Requirements:
- Knowledge of SQL (Oracle, Postgres, SQL Server)
- Bilingual candidate preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s preferred, as well as certification
- 3+ years related experience
