Duties:
- Entech Medical Staffing (Grand Blanc) is currently seeking CNAs, LPNs & RNs to join our team!
- You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients in a nursing facility
- Provide professional nursing care with compassion delivering the highest quality patient care according to clients care plan
- Administer nursing care to chronically ill or disabled patients
- Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
- Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
- Maintain accurate patient medical records
- Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements:

CNA Qualifications:
- State Certified Nursing Assistant
- Must complete regular Covid testing
- Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
- Familiarity with medical software and equipment
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Must pass drug test and criminal background check

Nurse Responsibilities:
- Deliver the highest quality patient care according to Care Plan provided by patient's individual physician
- Collaborate with other staff nurses and clinical directors to deliver conservative and preventative care
- Provide patient care, education to the patient's, health conditions, support, and family care
- Demonstrate basic nursing skills in the provision of direct patient care
- Supervise ancillary nursing staff
- Demonstrate nursing process in the provision of care
- Solicit guidance and/or direction from clinical nurses, physicians, or charge nurses as needed
- Assume other duties within the scope of a registered nurse as assigned
- Perform life-saving procedures, such as CPR in emergency situations
- Applicants must pass drug test and criminal background check before starting
- Candidates will be required to pass Covid testing regularly.

- These are contract position. Full or part-time options available- pick up shifts to fit in with YOUR schedule!
- Hours may vary by facility (some facilities are offering both 8 & 12-hour shifts)
- We are currently recruiting for ALL shifts
- CNA: $18/hour - HAZARD Rate: $22.50/hour
- LPN: $31/hour - HAZARD Rate: $42/hour
- RN: $38/hour - HAZARD Rate: $50/hour
