Duties:
- Build phones for new hires, moves/adds/changes, application access & trouble tickets
- Perform basic administration tasks
- Monitor communication system applications to ensure peak performance
- Handle 1st level incident/trouble tickets & escalate to appropriate persons or groups if necessary
- Assist in monthly system patching & testing of systems
- Handle requests for hardware replacement or replenishment (phones, headsets, cords, etc.)
- Provide regular status on tasks accomplished, current issues & progress
- Create job aides for training & process documentation
- Collaborate with other team members across IT and the business
- Participate in rotating on-call coverage or emergency response as needed
Requirements:
- Computer-related degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of experience in Information Technology
- 1+ years of experience with application administration
- Basic networking understanding
- Basic Windows Server understanding
- Communicate technical issues and solutions in a clear, simple and understandable way
