Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking a Contract Administrator for a position in Auburn Hills, MI! This position is paying $45,000-55,000 and begins right away. This is an opportunity to work for a company that has been awarded for it’s employee treatment!
Duties:
• Receive, review and distribute new contracts and purchase orders from customers
• Setup awarded projects in Sage 300 and project management software
• Communication with subcontractors on purchase orders awarded, billings, insurance, sworn statements, and waivers
• Receive, enter and pay subcontractor invoices into Sage 300.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Set up new subcontractors in Sage 300
• File and address and notices of furnishing/notices of commencement received
• Request / Issue Certificates of Insurance
Requirements:
• Associates’ degree (preferred), or relevant work experience
• Minimum 2 years Contract Administration / Accounts Payable
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Project Management software
• Previous experience in the construction industry a plus
• Knowledge of liability insurance, bonds, and lien law a plus
• High-energy, self-motivated, and able to complete defined tasks with minimal supervision
