Duties:
- Monitor, use and analyze Service Suite and SAP/CRM to determine current work needs and existing resource status (application) to prioritize and coordinate field personnel to planned, project, escalations and trouble work
- Analyzes planned work, trouble and escalations in Service Suite and SAP/CRM to provide accurate information to field resources, as requested
- Reviews account notes, meter reads, account status and customer bills, in CRM to advise field resources to allow them to disposition orders correctly, to ensure Customer Satisfaction
