Entech Staffing Solutions is looking for an experienced Customer Service Dispatcher in the Troy area. This is a great opportunity for long term work for candidates who are enthusiastic, organized, and have strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Handle client communication
• Act as the point of contact to the client for all types of service requests
• Collect information from clients and properly document
• Improve client service, perception, and satisfaction
• Receive inbound freight and insure overnight sort is complete
Qualifications:
• Must have a "can-do" attitude
• Relevant work experience working in a Help Desk / Service role is a bonus
• Must be self motivated and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume call center
• Able to lift and sort packages up to 25 pounds
• Knowledge/experience using Microsoft office software
• Ability to read maps and prepare routing
This shift is Thursday & Friday, 10am to 7pm, Saturday 8am-6pm, and Sunday 6am to 6pm. This is a long term opportunity to work in a fast paced, exciting environment!
Pay: $15.00 per hour
