Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking an HR Staffing Coordinator for a hybrid position in Detroit, MI! This position is paying $26.50/hour and begins right away.
Duties:
- Supports Recruiter with applicant coordination, to include assessments, maintaining applicant files, building interview schedules, generating offer letters, and submitting new hire paperwork.
- Serves as a backup for Recruiting Consultant to assist hiring managers and candidates.
- Responsible for conducting and monitoring all preemployment processing as well as coordinating all general administrative duties for the team.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must possess the ability to work in a fast paced, production noriented environment while demonstrating high attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as organizational skills are essential.
- May require an associate's degree or equivalent experience and 1 year of experience.
