Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking a Hotel Supervisor for a position in Sterling Heights, MI! This position is paying $17/hour and begins right away.
Duties:
- Train and supervise the hourly Engineering staff and coordinate scheduling
- Review Engineering Staff’s worked hours and submit to accounting
- Conduct engineering interviews and follow hiring procedures
- Manage emergency situations
- Manage energy expenses within budget limitations
- Chair safety committee and coordinate safety drills
- Conduct daily grounds tour to ensure excellence
Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma
- 5 years progressive hotel experience or college degree equivalent
- Supervisor experience
- Current certification required pertaining to trade requirements (HVAC, etc.)
- Current certification and licensing to operate and repair hotel boilers and chillers
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong leadership and communication skills
