Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking candidates for multiple opportunities for housekeepers working in a prominent hotel in Sterling Heights, MI. Prior hospitality experience and housekeeping or maid service is highly valued.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
* Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms.
* Make beds and fold sheets.
* Straighten desk items, furniture and appliances, dust, polish and remove marks from walls and furnishings.
* Clean and wipe windows, doors, walls, closets and fixtures in rooms, public areas and hallways, often using ladders or stools to clean hard to reach areas, in order to maintain a clean, presentable and attractive facility at all times.
* Wash shower walls and tub, clean toilet(s) and stall walls if applicable, wipe exposed pipes, clean mirrors, sink(s) and walls in order to have clean and sanitary guest and public restrooms.
* Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor.
* Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.
Dress Code: Black or blue pants with a Black or Blue shirt or scrubs. Slip resistant shoes.
Shift: 1st shift available; Monday - Saturday, weekends and some holidays. Must have 9am-5pm Mon-Sat, 10am-6pm Sunday
Pay: $14.00 / hr
