Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Wixom, MI! This position is paying $40-50,000 annually and begins right away.
Duties:
- Act as customer base point of contact by answering phones, monitoring website chat and maintaining customer service email account
- Maintain quote spreadsheet, new account ROI/budget spreadsheet, quote/conversion report, and Update/Finalize Sales slides
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers
- Maintain positive business relationships by consistently checking in with clients
- Assist sales team by verifying sales order, entering/monitoring RFQ’s and Spot Buy Orders, marking phone calls as qualified or not, etc.
Requirements:
- Outgoing personality
- Strong computer skills particularly with Windows
- Previous sales experienced preferred
- Knowledge of Excel and Google Drive
- High school diploma, college preferred
