Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking a Learning Architect for a remote position based in Detroit! This position is paying $27-30/hour and begins right away. This is an opportunity for flexible work and to be a thought leader in the community.
Duties:
- Guide the creation of a digital learning strategy
- Lead learning management system administration and support technical training and documentation
- Design and adjust courses and learning paths
- Utilize technical tools including Articulate, Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia
- Create software simulations that track users’ input to measure progress
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Training and Development, HR, or related field
- 5 years related experience
- eLearning development software experience
- Familiarity with AICC, SCORM, and xAPI protocols
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and coding
- Must be fully vaccinated
