Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking Line Leaders for a position in Pontiac, MI! This position is paying $18.50-19/hour and begins right away.
Duties:
- Complete quality checks on product
- Record quality checks for components deemed scrap
- Responsible to hit daily targets
- Enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety
- Will complete First Piece Inspections and error proofing before the start of the shift
- Will complete MES and Machine Checks prior to start of shift
- Record any and all parts or components deemed scrap
- Assist and verify all non-conforming material is properly tagged and located
Requirements:
- Experience working a production line
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs
- MES working knowledge
- Self-motivated and willingness to learn and grow with the company
- Demonstrate a leadership capability and have a can-do attitude
