Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Floor Supervisor for a position in Madison Heights, MI! This position is paying $22/hour and begins right away.
Duties:
• Ensuring that production processes are in line with company requirements (quality and productivity)
• Communicating expectations to production team members (current situation, quality problems,etc.)
• Regularly checking the machinery to ensure quality mind, safe and efficient workflow
• Compiling reports about production and providing management with updates
• Ensuring all resources and assets are used efficiently and correctly. Work with Maintenance department to maintain machine preventative maintenance by operators.
• At times may need to get involved with operator to help.
Requirements:
- Forklift and Digital Caliper experience
- Mechanical Knowledge
- Able to Lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to Read and Understand SPC(statistical Process Charts) For Manufacturing Data.
