Duties:
- Perform and monitor all aspects of probate and trust administration, including decedent estates, guardianships, and conservatorships
- Assist with government benefit filings
- Conduct meetings with clients
- Perform legal research
- Draft and review legal documents
- Record and store client information
Qualifications:
- Experience in Trust and Estate Administration
- Familiarity with legal research
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent math and computer skills, including Word and Excel
