Duties:
- Managing internal and external quality concerns
- Responsible for fast track response, quality triangle, pareto analysis of defects
- Shipping auditing and S.A. log sheet retention
- Establishing quality control systems
- Supporting warehouse activities
- Support functions including billing and debit
Requirements:
- Automotive/fastener background required
- More than 5 years’ experience required
- Excellent customer service skills a must
- Must be able to travel (less than 10% of the time)
