Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking a Tenant Manager for a position in Dearborn, MI! This position is paying $40,000 and begins right away. Employee will be traveling to multiple locations in the Dearborn, Taylor, and Canton areas.
Duties:
• Tour & onboard new tenants.
• Travel to locations to meet with tenants regularly.
• Verify new tenant licensure, insurance & collect security deposits.
• Respond to existing tenant requests.
• Implement and maintain the tenant document portal.
• Implement proactive tenant communication program.
• Oversee the tenant experience.
• Support weekly tenant payments.
• Work the maintenance for tenant issues.
• Respond to inbound emails and voicemails.
• Increase tenant satisfaction and engagement.
• Manage Social media.
• Manage all incoming/outgoing calls for new tenant opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent writer and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and gut feelings to inform decisions.
- Ability to spot and correct grammatical mistakes and misspellings.
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize competing demands in order to meet deadlines.
- Bonus experience and skills include Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress.
