Duties:
- Read, understand and follow engineering drawings
- Operate manual mill/lathe/shop tools
- Understand and follow work instructions
- Interpret written directions and specifications
- Plan and lay out work
- Use a variety of machinist’s hand tools and precision measuring instruments
- Perform and document quality checks
- Tool making
Requirements:
• Conventional machining experience (manual Lathes and Mills)
• Mechanically inclined
• Machine/proto-type parts experience
• Very experienced machinist
