Duties:
· Present CSR training programs using facilitation techniques and tools
· Assist and coach CSRs through call handling transactions
· Coordinate reports, training, assessments, and other duties
Requirements:
· Strong customer service and communication skills
· 2-3 years experience
· High school diploma required, Associates degree or Training certification a plus
