Pay Rate: $28.00-$32.00/hr based on experience

Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking an Industrial Electrician / Panel Builder for a growing manufacturing company specializing in advanced botanical extraction equipment in Rochester Hills, MI. This role is responsible for building electrical panels, machine wiring, troubleshooting, and supporting machine testing and installation. We are looking for candidates who are available to start work ASAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and wire industrial control panels according to schematics and layouts

• Install and terminate sensors, motors, drives, and control devices

• Route and dress cables, conduit, and wireways

• Perform point-to-point wiring and panel checkout

• Support PLC and controls teams during integration

• Troubleshoot electrical issues during build and testing

• Participate in FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing)

• Assist with machine installation and commissioning at customer sites

• Maintain clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety procedures and electrical codes

• Occasional travel (0–20%) for machine installation and customer support

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as an industrial electrician, panel builder, or machine wiring technician

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams

• Experience wiring control panels, junction boxes, and industrial equipment

• Familiarity with PLC I/O wiring and basic control circuits

• Knowledge of NEC, NFPA 79, and industrial safety standards

• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and electrical test equipment

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs. and work on your feet

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with VFDs, servos, and motor controls

• Experience with UL 508A panel standards

• Basic mechanical aptitude for working on machines

• Experience with field installation and startup support
