What You’ll Do

🏊 Monitoring & Safety

• Keep a close watch on swimmers and pool areas

• Identify unsafe behavior and respond quickly

• Enforce pool rules to maintain a safe environment

🚨 Emergency Response

• Perform water rescues when needed

• Provide first aid, CPR, and use AED equipment

• Contact emergency services when necessary

📣 Customer Interaction

• Educate guests on pool rules and water safety

• Promote safe swimming habits, especially for kids

• Maintain a friendly, approachable presence

🧰 Facility Support

• Check and maintain safety equipment

• Keep your station clean and organized

• Report any hazards or maintenance issues

📝 Basic Documentation

• Record incidents, rescues, and daily logs

What We’re Looking For

• At least 15 years old

• Strong swimming ability

• Lifeguard certification (with CPR/AED) or willingness to obtain

• Responsible, alert, and dependable

• Friendly and customer-focused attitude
