Job Position: P/T Call Center Customer Service

Location: Flint, MI 48503

Pay Rate: $17.88/hr


See19-hour schedule below:
• Mondays: 2:30PM – 7:00PM
• Tuesday – Thursday: 12:30PM – 5:00PM
• Fridays – 2:00PM – 5:00PM

Requirements:
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a high volume inbound/outbound customer service environment.
2. Professional phone etiquette, active listening skills, and a calm positive demeanor under pressure.
3. Technical Proficiency: Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs.
