Pediatric Occupational Therapist (Full-Time, On-Site) 20-30 hours a week

Role Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapist for a full-time, on-site position. You will play a crucial role in working with children and their families to assess, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans. This role focuses on addressing sensory integration, developmental, and functional challenges to improve children’s overall motor, social, and self-care skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess a child’s developmental and functional abilities.

Providing engaging and effective individual and group therapy sessions using various therapeutic approaches, including sensory integration techniques.

Developing and implementing tailored therapy plans that address specific goals and challenges.

Completing timely and accurate documentation (e.g., progress notes, evaluation reports, and discharge summaries).

Collaborating effectively with parents/caregivers, teachers, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team (e.g., Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists).

Supporting and implementing Early Intervention efforts as needed.

Educating and coaching families on home-based strategies to support their child’s development.
Qualifications
Required:

Proven experience in Occupational Therapy with a focused background in pediatrics.

Proficiency in Sensory Integration techniques and theory.

Demonstrated experience with Early Intervention strategies.

Active and current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary for effective collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams.

A genuine passion for working with children and fostering their growth and development.
Preferred:

Experience in a clinical or school-based setting is a plus.
Work Schedule
We offer a great schedule that allows for a dedicated rest day!

Core Workdays: Monday – Thursday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Fridays: Closed! Enjoy your long weekend.

Optional: Saturday morning availability from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM for additional sessions.
