The Opportunity

• Entech Staffing Solutions is currently seeking detail-oriented Quality Inspectors to join our team on-site at Thai Summit in Howell, MI. In this role, you will be the final line of defense in ensuring that world-class automotive components meet the rigorous standards of our global clients.

• While you will be working within the state-of-the-art Thai Summit facility, you will be a valued employee of Entech, receiving our full support and dedicated representation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• As a Quality Inspector, your eye for detail is your greatest tool. You’ll be responsible for:

• Visual Inspection: Checking automotive parts for defects such as dents, scratches, or weld integrity.

• Measurement: Using gauges, calipers, and micrometers to ensure parts meet specific blueprints and tolerances.

• Documentation: Recording pass/fail rates and maintaining accurate quality logs for production runs.

• Communication: Alerting production leads immediately if a recurring defect is identified.

• Sorting & Containment: Isolating non-conforming materials to prevent them from reaching the customerS.

• Experience: Previous experience in quality control or manufacturing is a plus, but we are willing to train candidates with a strong work ethic.

• Precision: Ability to read and interpret basic work instructions and blueprints.

• Reliability: A track record of excellent attendance—the line depends on you!

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–30 lbs regularly.
