Quality Manager – Beverage Manufacturing

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to join a team in Detroit, MI. This role is pivotal in ensuring that products, services, and processes meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will lead a team of professionals to continuously improve procedures and ensure the organization delivers exceptional results.

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures across the organization.

• Lead quality audits and maintain compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues effectively.

• Monitor production processes and ensure product consistency and reliability.

• Provide training and mentoring to team members on quality control and assurance techniques.

• Maintain accurate documentation of quality standards and performance metrics.

• Continuously analyze data to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.

• Bachelor’s degree in quality management, engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager or similar role.

• Working knowledge or previous experience working in bottle manufacturing setting previously.

• Strong knowledge of quality standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma, etc.).

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software is an asset.
