About the Role
We’re seeking a dependable and hardworking Wire Drawing Machine Operator to join our night shift team in Warren. This role is critical to our production process, transforming raw steel coil into finished material that meets precise customer specifications.
This is a great opportunity for individuals who are comfortable working extended hours and want to build experience in a stable manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do

Set up and operate draw block machinery to process steel coil rod

Prepare material using a swagging (pointer) machine

Load and unload steel coils using a forklift and overhead crane

Monitor product quality using precision measuring tools (micrometers)

Cut and finish coil ends using hydraulic cutting equipment

Accurately enter production data into the system

Perform banding, tagging, and material organization

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Assist with general shop and material handling duties
What We’re Looking For

Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred

Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)

Overhead crane experience or training
-
Basic computer skills
-
High school diploma or GED
-
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
-
Ability to work a demanding night shift schedule (5–7 days/week)
