Kathy Camara

CEO

As CEO of HR Staffing Team, Kathy maintains operational control over every aspect of the company. With 30+ years of experience as a Staffing Operations Manager, as well as her fluent knowledge and expertise with ISO 9001 standards and continued hands-on involvement with all RFP's (Request For Proposal), Kathy is no stranger to implementing practices and policies that work.

Aside from her extensive background and experience in human resources, including the management of all issues related to labor law, workers compensation, and information technology, it's her genuine 'down-to-earth' nature and eye for detail that drives the 'customer first' approach of ALL HR Staffing Team staff and employees.


Amy Gross

President

As President of HR Staffing Team, Amy's primary focus lies with Marketing and Managing of the Private Duty Home Care and Medical Facility Division for Entech Medical Staffing. As an area of focus that is near and dear to her personal life, Entech Medical Staffing is committed to providing only the most highly skilled Nurses and CNA's (Certified Nursing Assistant) to individuals recovering from catastrophic (traumatic brain and/or spinal cord) injuries and/or illness.

Because quality personal and medical care is something Amy identifies with, she actively participates and sponsors a variety of professional and community networking events in an effort to maintain close relationships with Michigan's leading no-fault attorneys, guardians, case managers, and all those who advocate on their clients' behalf. Along with her staff, it is Amy's personal mission to play a positive role in helping catastrophic auto accident survivors and their families realize that they too can survive a life altering injury and adapt to a new 'normal'.


Janet Porch

Controller

Janet's 25 years of experience include corporate finance, business management and strategic planning. She earned her MBA through Baker College with a concentration in Accounting and has since worked predominantly with small to midsize companies within the services industry including banking, staffing, and transportation. Janet manages the payroll and finance departments insuring our customers, employees and vendors are well taken care of.  Her interaction with the recruiting team assures our planning and projections result in competitive pricing.  Team work at its best!


Colleen Myers

Director of Sales & Recruiting

Colleen's 30+ years of staffing experience has proven to be the ideal foundation for her current position as Director of Sales and Recruiting. Along with her extensive experience developing, documenting, implementing, and auditing quality management systems based on ISO standards, her ongoing initiatives and analysis of business performance 'measurables' continue to provide fresh perspectives that support Entech as one of the leading providers of effective and efficient staffing solutions.

By managing multiple high level projects including responding to proposals, preparing quotes and leading the recruiting team, Colleen ensures competitive pricing paired with exceptional customer service.  Colleen always makes it a priority to maintain close working relationships with all of Entech’s customers.


Sara Gersch

Program Manager

As Program Manager of Entech Staffing Solutions, Sara’s primary focus lies with onsite employee management. Her BA degree with an Automotive Marketing major from Wayne State University and her extensive staffing background lends itself well in implementing organizational procedures and developing effective strategies to maintain a stable workforce. Her day-to-day involvement affords her the opportunity to develop trusting relationships with both employees and clients all while providing recommendations for continuous improvement. It is Sara’s attention to detail and ability to find customer-specific solutions that make her an invaluable asset not only to our leadership team, but to our clients and employees as well.
