Step 1: The Discovery Conversation
Before anything else, we start with the basics. When you apply at Entech, a member of our team will review your application and ask you some basic questions. What locations are accessible for you? What salary requirements do you have? What kind of role are you looking for? What experience do you have? From there, we can narrow down roles that make sense logistically, so we can focus on the ones that make sense for your career growth.
Step 2: Diving Deeper
After a discovery call and completion of our standard applicant paperwork, candidates will interview face to face with one of our skilled recruiters. To perform well in the recruitment space, you have to be a people person. That’s why every member of our team is strong at relating to and understanding people. Our recruiters are interacting with new people all day every day, whether that be over the phone or in our in person interviews. They have seen what personality and skills requirements it takes for someone to perform well in one job versus another. By meeting face to face and forming this connection, your recruiter can help guide you either into the application process for the role you applied for, or advise you on a different direction.
Step 3: Additional Credentialling
On top of interviewing and reviewing applications, our team may require additional credentialing to make sure a role is a good fit. We require skills testing for a variety of positions, as well as background checks and drug tests.
Step 4: Making the Fit
Once a relationship has been formed between our applicants and our recruiters, the recruiter will discuss what opportunities we have available (if any) based on personality and qualifications. If the recruiter has a position they think would be the right fit, they will submit your resume to the employer. If we do not have a good fit at that time, the applicant’s information is catalogued in our system so the next time we do get an opportunity, we can be in touch right away.
