Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking a Bookkeeper for a growing manufacturing company specializing in advanced botanical extraction equipment. We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage financial records and support day-to-day accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records specific to manufacturing operations

Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and customer invoicing

Reconcile bank, credit card, and inventory-related accounts monthly

Track purchase orders, raw material costs, and job costing data

Prepare financial reports for management, including P&L and balance sheets

Assist with payroll processing and timecard reconciliation for shop floor staff

Monitor budgets and production-related expenditures

Collaborate with operations and procurement to ensure financial accuracy

Support year-end audits and tax preparation

Qualifications:

2+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably for a manufacturing company

Proficient in QuickBooks, ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Fishbowl), and Excel

Strong understanding of job costing, inventory accounting, and COGS

Familiarity with purchase orders, vendor terms, and production workflows

High attention to detail and accuracy

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

Must complete a drug test and criminal background check prior to starting
