Entech Staffing is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Relationship Manager -Insurance/Benefits to join our client’s team and cultivate strong, lasting relationships. This role demands a proactive individual with a deep understanding of group health insurance, a passion for benefits, and exceptional customer service skills. This is a direct hire position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-tier support, managing renewals, and ensuring client satisfaction while driving revenue growth through strategic cross-selling. MUST HAVE A HEALTH AND LIFE INSURANCE LICENSE!
Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and providing exceptional service.

Renewal Process: Manage the complete client renewal process, including presenting renewal options and negotiating with carriers.

Account Management: Oversee day-to-day account management, resolving claims, billing, and administrative issues.

Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services and products to existing clients, driving revenue growth.

Client Support: Provide seamless transfer of client coverage and conduct in-person and virtual benefits learning sessions.

Compliance & Industry Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare compliance, industry trends, and product offerings.

System Management: Ensure accurate and timely updates within the agency management system.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors to achieve client objectives.
Required Qualifications:

Current health insurance agency experience, preferrably with group health care (not individual).

Experience with carrier fees and direct communication with carriers.

Proven ability to present renewals and interact with decision-makers.

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in benefits, HR, or account management.

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 2+ years in a client success management role.

Must obtain a Health and Life Insurance License.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher).

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Knowledge of human resources is a plus.
Salary $65K – 100K based on experience
