Client Service Representative -Retail

We’re looking for a Client Services Representative to join our team in Troy, MI, on a temp-to-hire basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic company as one of our current CSRs moves into a new role internally. We’re eager to find the right candidate and are ready to make a quick decision.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll be the go-to person for our sales representatives and stores, playing a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and satisfied clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Accurately entering wholesale orders and maintaining organized account files.

• Performing credit checks and processing return and exchange requests.

• Becoming proficient with our CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite to manage client interactions.

• Providing clear and accurate information to customers about our products.

• Investigating and promptly resolving any customer issues that arise.

• Taking on other special projects as assigned.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in customer service, specifically utilizing CRM software and communicating effectively via email and telephone.

• A strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

• The capability to think quickly on your feet and make sound decisions under pressure.

• Experience in wholesale fashion is a significant plus.

• A college degree is preferred.

We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, responsible, independent, and able to prioritize tasks, while also being a collaborative team player.

Details:

• Location: On-site in Troy, MI

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)

• Compensation: $18-$20 per hour, depending on qualifications
