Dispatcher/Billing Clerk

We are seeking a highly dependable and detail-oriented Dispatcher/Billing Clerk to join our fast-paced and dynamic team. Attendance and strong attention to detail are essential, as our work environment is both high energy and constantly evolving.

This Dispatcher/Billing Clerk position is located in Dearborn paying $20.00/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule, plan, and execute the pick-up and delivery of daily loads

• Monitor and manage load activity via our Learning Management System (LMS)

• Maintain constant communication with drivers through our messaging system to provide instructions and gather load information

• Accurately enter load details into our transportation software for EDI processing

• Answer incoming driver calls to provide support with directions, vehicle maintenance, and other needs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in logistics or transportation dispatch

• Familiarity with Lean Management Systems (LMS)

• General knowledge of Microsoft Excel (not required, but beneficial)

• Numerical proficiency; the capacity to recognize #s and organize them in sequence. Basic arithmetic skills, addition and subtraction are necessary.

Schedule:

• 9am to 5pm, later if needed.
