A well-respected financial architecture firm in Farmington, Michigan, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Relationship Coordinator to join our close-knit team. In this crucial role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring a seamless experience as they navigate our financial architecture process.

What You’ll Do:

Orchestrate Client Interactions: Organize, manage, and meticulously track multiple, detailed tasks, workflows, and assignments, including efficient client onboarding and various ongoing account servicing transactions.

Coordinate Advisor-Client Meetings: Proactively coordinate and schedule regular client meetings with our advisors, including thorough meeting preparation such as data collection and organization.

Provide Comprehensive Account Support: Work closely with both advisors and clients to expertly assist with a wide range of account and policy service needs (e.g., account distributions, policy loans, beneficiary/ownership changes, distributions, reports).

Ensure Timely and Effective Communication: Respond promptly and effectively to all client information requests, demonstrating professionalism and a commitment to exceptional service.

Resolve Issues with Grace: Professionally handle and resolve client issues with tact, compassion, and a positive attitude, always prioritizing client satisfaction.

Maintain Data Integrity: Accurately maintain our CRM database with current and complete client records.

Drive Process Improvement: Actively participate in establishing and developing efficient and timely workflows, with a strong emphasis on compliance and risk factors for the firm.
What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field (or equivalent, substantial work experience).

Minimum 2+ years of recent administrative experience within the financial planning/financial services industry is critical. We are specifically seeking candidates with prior experience at firms such as Merrill Lynch, Fischer Investments, Schechter Wealth, Fidelity, Charles Schwab, or Raymond James, or similar Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firms.

A strong understanding of financial planning principles and practices, particularly within the RIA model.

Outstanding Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a genuine client-focused approach.

Efficient Multitasking: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

An active Life and Health Insurance License and/or a Series 65 Securities license are highly desirable but not required.

Work Environment:

Small, collaborative office environment with a total of 12 team members.

Standard office hours are 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM or 4:30 PM.
Compensation:
-
Competitive salary range of $65,000 to $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
