Are you a strategic and proactive HR professional looking to make a significant impact within a dynamic environment? Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned areas. In this full-service role, you will provide comprehensive consultation and support across the entire employee lifecycle, contributing directly to the success of our staff.
This is a temporary position for about 4 -5 months minimally starting in June.
$75k-$85k
Responsibilities:

Serve as the initial point of contact and trusted advisor, offering expert HR consultation and support to assigned departments and units.

Partner with leadership to develop and implement business-focused HR policies, contracts, processes, and procedures aligned with the client’s strategic objectives.

Provide expert advice and assistance in the interpretation and application of HR policies, relevant legal regulations, and union contract compliance.

Collaborate with management on staff planning, including transfers, promotions, and terminations, ensuring fair and consistent practices.

Champion and facilitate change management initiatives to foster positive employee and experiences.

Identify HR trends and emerging needs, working collaboratively to develop and implement comprehensive and proactive HR solutions.

Analyze both qualitative and quantitative HR data to provide insightful reports and support data-driven decision-making for leaders.

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including assessing applicants, facilitating departmental interviews, and conducting thorough background and reference checks.

Develop and write compelling job profiles, interview questions, job postings, and job descriptions, ensuring accurate representation of roles.

Evaluate candidate competency, experience, and education, and negotiate competitive salaries within established compensation guidelines.

Extend job offers on behalf of the client and manage pre-placement assessments.

Provide guidance, support, and training to hiring managers throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.

Facilitate, lead, and actively participate in large-scale organizational projects and multidisciplinary teams.

Collaborate with internal and external legal counsel in the preparation of data for litigation, compliance hearings, arbitration, and contract negotiations.

Perform other duties as required to support the overall HR function and the client’s mission.
Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Experience: A minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of progressive Human Resources Business Partner or Generalist experience within a large, complex organization. Experience working effectively in a matrix reporting environment is highly preferred.
