🎯 Key Responsibilities

As a HILO Driver you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials, ensuring production runs smoothly. Your duties will include:

  • Operating a HILO/forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count finished goods, raw materials, and supplies.

  • Loading and unloading trucks and containers, ensuring all items are secured properly.

  • Following all safety protocols and traffic control procedures within the warehouse and production areas.

  • Documenting inventory movements and accurately recording material placement (e.g., using scanning equipment or logs).

  • Performing daily pre-shift inspections of the HILO equipment and reporting any maintenance issues.

  • Assisting the production team with material staging and line replenishment as needed.

βœ… Qualifications and Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience operating a HILO/forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.

  • Current and valid HILO/forklift certification is a significant asset.

  • Ability to read and understand basic shipping documents, work orders, and safety instructions.

  • Strong attention to detail for inventory accuracy.

  • Must be able to frequently lift, push, pull, or move up to 50 lbs.

  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality for the 1st shift schedule.
