About the Role

We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team in Fraser. In this role, you will be responsible for running injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic components. What You Will Do

• Operate Equipment: Run plastic injection molding machines safely and efficiently.

• Quality Checks: Inspect parts as they come off the line to ensure they meet visual and structural standards.

• Assembly & Finishing: Trim excess material (flash) from parts and perform basic assembly or packaging.

• Documentation: Keep track of production numbers and report any equipment issues to the supervisor.

• Maintain Workspace: Keep your station clean and organized to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for the duration of an 12-hour shift.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Reliable transportation and a strong attendance record.

• Prior experience in manufacturing or plastic injection molding is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
