Position Overview

We’re looking for a motivated Operations Analyst to help power our business through insightful data analysis and strong operational execution. In this role, you’ll be at the intersection of data, finance, and day-to-day operations—transforming information into actionable insights, optimizing workloads, and supporting continuous improvement across the organization.

What You’ll Do

As an Operations Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our operations run efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include:

• Data & Reporting:
  Extract, organize, validate, and analyze data from multiple databases to support reporting, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making.

• Workload & Resource Management:
  Support task and project prioritization across teams to ensure efficient use of resources and on-time delivery of key initiatives.

• Financial & Performance Metrics:
  Track financial performance and key operational metrics, creating dashboards, reports, and presentations that clearly communicate insights to stakeholders.

• Operational Support & Improvement:
  Provide ongoing support for core operational processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and partner with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

• Experience with database querying tools (such as SQL) and data visualization platforms is preferred.

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), as well as Excel, PowerPoint, and other standard business tools.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
