Call Center Support

Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking Call Center Support Staff for a position in Pontiac, MI! This is a great opportunity to work with a nonprofit focused on aiding those experience poverty on the local level. This position pays $15/hour and begins right away.

Duties:

• Track calls for services, outcome of calls, call notes, and other relevant details
• Conduct screening via telephone or in person for individuals in housing crisis
• Assess caller’s needs and eligibility and provide assistance, referrals, and resources
• Enter details of call in database and follow up on calls as needed

Requirements:

Lived or professional experience with low-income individuals
Associate’s degree
2+ years experience in a similar role
Consistent access to a smart phone and home internet connection on a secured network
Unwavering personal integrity
