CLC Operations Analyst

Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking a CLC Operations Analyst in Auburn Hills, MI! This position is paying $21/hour and is 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri.

Duties:

• Maintain quality and service standards in order to generate loan volume and income
• Ensure all requirements are met for loans
• Research and resolve complex customer questions
• Review consumer loans and collateral documentation to comply with federal regulations
• Train new employees on loan programs
• Coach staff when changes occur and new products are developed

Requirements:

• Associates Degree in Business or High School Diploma and 6 years consumer lending experience
• Consumer lending or customer service experience
• Computer experience, particularly with Office Suite, Lotus Notes, and Adobe
