CNC Maintenance Technician

Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking a CNC Maintenance Technician for a position in Macomb, MI! This position is paying $20-35/hour and begins right away.

Duties:

• Perform maintenance activities on equipment per task tracking and downtime.
• Complete repair maintenance activities on CNC Lathes/Mills, General Machines and Hobbers/Shapers, robots and automation.
• Troubleshoot chronic machine and electrical problems
• Assist with operator training of PM activities
• Conduct new hire orientation for Maintenance (as designated)
• Housekeeping of tool room area
• If capable or directed, wire equipment, do PLC implementation and program management.
• Continuous improvement ideas in safety, productivity, quality, housekeeping-submit to supervisor or HR Box

Requirements:

• Experience with CNC Lathes/Mills/Grinders with Fanuc controls
• Familiar with Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems
• Mechanical abilities
• Electrical/PLC/Relays optional
• Knowledge and use of tool room equipment
• May be required to work off shifts and overtime
