Mechanical Assembler

Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking a Mechanical Assembler for a position in Troy, MI! This position is paying $17.50 and up based on experience.

Duties:

• Assemble electrical & mechanical parts/components
• Read and interpret engineering drawings as needed for accurate and safe performance
• Following Standard Operating Procedures and/or Standard Work
• Ensure a high level of quality by completing required in-process quality checks
• Follow work order directions and safely produce the quantity of parts required and within the required specifications
• Complete and maintain all required paperwork necessary in the operation
• Operate specific assembly tooling including Riveting guns, Torque wrenches, etc.
• Some electrical wiring within enclosures
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to read instructions, safely operate machines and visually inspect parts produced
• Excellent communication skills
• Frequent lifting, standing, and bending required
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds of metal materials and safely utilizing mechanical lifts
• Attention to detail is a must
