Payroll/Benefits Clerk

Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking a Payroll/Benefit Clerk for a position in Livonia, MI! This position is paying $22.50/hour and begins right away.

Duties:

• Compile timesheets into Excel upload by position

• Input changes to pay rates/contracts into HR system

• Foot Timesheets

• Follow up with supervisors for timesheet math errors and/or questions

• Enter all timesheets into a spreadsheet by position

• Create employee files with folders and name tags

• Do filing work for HR/Payroll

• Pull employee files as needed and respond to inquiries about payroll

• Investigate pay questions from employees by pulling timesheets and system data

• Meet with new hires to hand over required paperwork and collect new hire paperwork.

• Review payroll output before running payroll and provide pre-pay report to Controller to review.

• Run bi-weekly payroll under supervision of Controller 

Requirements:

• Prior payroll experience
• Related degree preferred
