As our Administrative & Data Support Specialist, you will be the guardian of our information, focusing on accuracy, organization, and timely support:

  • Data Entry & Maintenance: Accurately input, update, and maintain critical information within our company systems and databases.

  • Document Management Excellence: Master the flow of information by organizing, filing, and maintaining both digital and physical records for immediate, easy retrieval.

  • Essential Report Preparation: Generate vital standard reports using established templates, ensuring timely delivery and absolute accuracy.

  • Scheduling & Logistics: Be the team’s coordination hero by assisting with meeting scheduling, calendar management, and providing essential logistical support.

  • Compliance Support: Help ensure all documentation meets rigorous company standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Data Integrity Checks: Perform simple yet critical validations and audits to ensure the integrity of our data (e.g., identifying and addressing missing fields).

  • Cross-Department Communication: Serve as a key internal resource, responding promptly to inquiries and providing crucial clerical support across various teams.
