Entech Staffing is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team on the second shift. If you have a strong background in warehouse operations, experience driving a hi-lo, and a commitment to safety and accuracy, we want to hear from you!

Shift & Pay Information

• Shift: 2nd Shift

• Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Pay Rate: $19.25/hr (Includes shift differential)

Core Responsibilities

In this role, you will ensure that parts are stored and shipped in excellent condition according to customer demands and strict timelines.

• Shipping & Staging: Prepare parts for shipment using FIFO methods. Ensure all items are scanned, wrapped, and properly labeled with master labels and dock codes.

• Inventory & Systems: Process shipments through the system to ensure timely Advance Shipping Notifications (ASN). Monitor transmissions for errors and verify shippers against pick lists.

• Logistics & Material Handling: Load and unload trucks safely using a hi-lo. Verify quantities on incoming shipments, sign for receipts, and maintain log-in sheets.

• Safety & Compliance: Follow all hi-lo safety standards, dock lock procedures, and CTPAT protocols. Use cut gloves when handling sharp tools and maintain a clean, 5-S compliant workspace.

• General Warehouse Maintenance: Assist with monthly inventories, manage returnable containers, and ensure the warehouse remains clear of debris and resin.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Proven experience operating a hi-lo and using a warehouse scanner.

• Technical Skills: Proficient computer skills and solid mathematical ability.

• Attributes: Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, a positive attitude, and a thorough understanding of FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory management.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk for long periods and regularly lift up to 25
