With over 35 years of global expertise, this client is at the forefront of metal stamping, assembly, and engineering, utilizing innovative equipment and processes to deliver exceptional quality and efficiency. The Howell facility is a cornerstone of our North American operations, boasting over one million square feet of production space and a commitment to continuous improvement and employee empowerment.

We are currently looking for passionate individuals to fill various roles across our operations, including but not limited to:

• Production Associates (Press & Assembly):

  • 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts available

  • Operate press lines and/or assembly lines

  • Perform quality control, racking of parts, and housekeeping

  • Participate in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activities

Qualifications (may vary by position):

• High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum of 4 months to 1 year of industrial/manufacturing experience (for production roles)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Own reliable transportation

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Commitment to safety and quality

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Willingness to learn and adapt
