Medical Job Posting – General PD Nurse (Farmington Hills)

• We are seeking LPN’s & RN’s for our private duty clients in the Farmington Hills area.

• Full Time, Part Time and PRN options

• 8 hour and 12 hour shifts available

• Pay rates: LPN $34-$36 & RN $36-$40

Requirements:

• Current and active LPN or RN license in the state of Michigan

• Current CPR or BLS certification

• Trach & Vent experience preferred

• Pediatric experience preferred

• Minimum of 1 year experience working in home care

Candidates may be responsible for:

• Managing ventilator

• Trach care and suctioning

• ADL’s

• Transfers (including Hoyer)

• Bladder & Bowel program

• Catheter care

• Seizure precautions

• Skin assessments

• ROM

• Meal prep/ feed

• Safety

• Transportation using transport van

• Other duties as needed
