What You’ll Do

As a Packaging Associate, you’ll play a key role in making sure products are packaged correctly, safely, and on time. Daily responsibilities include:

  • Packaging and labeling pre-rolled products with accuracy and consistency.

  • Following clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for smooth assembly-line production.

  • Performing quality checks to ensure product standards are met.

  • Keeping your work area clean, safe, and organized.

  • Working closely with teammates in the warehouse and production departments.

  • Assisting with general labor, order fulfillment, and inventory tasks when needed.

What We’re Looking For

We want motivated team players who take pride in their work!

  • Must be 21 years or older.

  • Able to pass a background check.

  • Detail-oriented with strong hand-eye coordination.

  • Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 lbs.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

  • Prior warehouse, packaging, or assembly experience is great—but not required! We’re happy to train the right candidate.
