Shift: 6:00am-2:00PM; 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Monday – Friday)

Role Overview
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for precision? We are seeking a dedicated Quality Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be the guardian of our product integrity, ensuring every item leaving our Lake Orion facility meets our high standards for excellence.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of experience looking for a stable, long-term role in a non-automotive manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities

Production Support: Act as the go-to resource for quality concerns on the floor; issue quality alerts and provide immediate guidance to plant personnel.

Compliance Auditing: Verify that all processes and paperwork align with our strict internal procedures.

Material Inspection: Test raw materials, analyze vendor trends, and update receiving instructions to ensure only the best components enter our process.

Finished Goods Oversight: Audit final products and report findings to production leadership to maintain a “zero-defect”culture.

Calibration & Analysis: Conduct in-house equipment calibrations and assist with correlation studies to ensure measurement accuracy.

QMS Maintenance: Help evolve our Quality Management System by updating documentation and drafting new work instructions.

Safety First: Maintain a clean, safe workspace and consistently utilize all required PPE.
What You Bring to the Team

Proven Track Record: 1–3 years of continuous quality experience (we value stability, so at least 1 year of continuous employment with a previous employer is required).

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and the ability to learn new quality software quickly.

Sharp Eye: An obsession with detail and the ability to spot variances that others might miss.

Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive approach to identifying issues and suggesting improvements.
